Business Plan Turnaround Time

The estimated turnaround for the business plan preparation tailoring 457 visa is approximately 1 week, and for 188 & 132 visa it is approximately 3 weeks. Effective, from the period when all the necessary information and documents has been provided by the client. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their bookings with BFS Partners Australia for business plan preparation by notifying BFS Partners promptly within 24 hours after proving the service agreement. However, cancellation charges may apply depending on the time and commitment that had been already spent in writing the business plan preparation prior to the cancellation notification.

Amendment Policy

No changes can be made after providing the all required information and confirming the service agreement. However, in occasion that requires amendment in business plan is subject to additional charges and a new turnaround time. The additional cost will take the following the factors into account such as the magnitude of the change, the time value for making the new proposed alterations and the extent of update requirement of the literature.

Refund Policy

Events that result in the requirement for a refund part or of the amounts paid for a service will only be considered when an unavoidable circumstance initiated the request. However, charges may apply which is less than or equal to the full service depending on the number of hours spend in processing the request. BFS Partners has the full discretion in setting this hourly rate on quotation basis that was originally stated at the service agreement. The refund may be made by using the same payment method.
